Wild Eggs is cracking into a fresh round of menu updates, adding new breakfast and lunch items, a refreshed kids’ menu, and lowering drink prices.

The menu refresh, which hatches at participating locations in late February, comes as Wild Eggs celebrates the recent opening of its newest location in Evansville, Indiana. The restaurant opened Monday, Feb. 23, expanding the brand’s footprint and bringing its signature brunch experience to a new community.

The menu refresh introduces several new dishes across breakfast and lunch:

  • Totchos Skillet
  • Chocolate Hazelnut Stuffed French Toast
  • Laredo Steak & Cheese Sandwich
  • Taco Salad
  • Breakfast Tots with Queso have also been repositioned as a shareable menu item

Wild Eggs is also lowering prices on several everyday beverage favorites, including fresh-squeezed orange juice, milk and chocolate milk, lemonade and all other juices, offering guests additional value across both brunch cocktails and family-friendly beverages.

Brunch cocktails are also getting a shake-up, too. Most pitcher options, including mimosas and select Wild Spirits favorites, are being reduced, with several now starting at $24.99. Classic Mimosa, Pomegranate Mimosa, Strawberry Lemonade Mimosa, Orange Pineapple Mimosa, Peach Mimosa, Proud Mary pitchers, and Bluegrass Sunset pitchers are included, along with repriced premium options such as the Gran Mimosa and Tequila Sunrise.

“This is about listening to our guests,” said Andy Abbajay, CEO of Wild Eggs. “Brunch is meant to be shared and enjoyed, and we wanted our drink pricing to reflect that, especially for groups celebrating together.”

Families will also see a refreshed kids’ menu featuring the same $5.99 breakfast combos, along with a new kid-sized fresh-squeezed orange juice option.
