As guests reset routines and set intentions for the new year, Hash Kitchen is rolling out a refreshed lineup that meets them where they are — while still delivering the bold, indulgent flavors fans crave — plus a new loyalty program that rewards every visit.
Known for turning breakfast and lunch into an experience, the new menu offers balance by design, pairing feel-good options with playful twists and over-the-top comfort favorites.
Wellness-forward beverages lead the lineup, including the Ube Matcha Latte and Ube Latte, available hot or iced, alongside fresh-pressed juices like Sassy Greens with apple, celery, cucumber, kale, collards and lemon, and Spicy Ginger with lemon, ginger and pineapple. Guests looking for an extra boost can add immunity shots — Glow Up and Immune AF — made with ginger and probiotics, or upgrade any drink with Electro Boost, featuring Monin Hydration Boost with magnesium, potassium and sodium.
For those ready to indulge, Hash Kitchen delivers its signature bold flavors with limited-time breakfast and lunch dishes designed to satisfy every craving:
- Chick Magnet – Frosted Flakes encrusted pickle-brined chicken breast with spicy pickle slaw on a brioche bun, served with fries. Crispy, spicy and irresistible.
- Hashouka – Hash Kitchen’s spin on classic Shakshouka with creamy potatoes, house-made tomato sauce, poached egg, parsley and sourdough bread for dipping. Comfort food with a twist.
- Mexicana Pupusas – Chorizo and mozzarella-filled pupusas with charro beans, salsa de tomato, two fried eggs, crema, queso fresco, cilantro and escabeche. Protein add-ons are available because Hash Kitchen never holds back.
“We’re all about starting the year right — fun, flavor, and a little wellness thrown in for good measure,” said executive chef Joey Maggiore, founder of Hash Kitchen. “We love that the new year brings a mix of goals and cravings. Whether you’re here for fresh juices and wellness boosts or ready to dive into something indulgent, we want guests to feel good about their choices and maybe hang out a little longer than planned. That’s what Hash Kitchen is all about.”
Hash Kitchen is also giving guests more time to enjoy it all. Updated hours now run 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends, making it easier to linger beyond that first cup of coffee.
To top it off, the brand also launched the HK Pass, a loyalty program that gives exclusive discounts and perks for every visit. Download now through the App Store or Google Play to start racking up points and unlocking passholder-only rewards.
