One of the most influential names in American fine dining is officially heading to Charlotte: Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Mina and his award-winning hospitality group, The MINA Group, announce their expansion with the opening of Bourbon Steak Charlotte, which is set to open in 2026.

Marking The MINA Group’s first concept in Charlotte and a significant milestone for the city’s dining landscape, Bourbon Steak Charlotte will bring Chef Mina’s sophisticated interpretation of the classic American steakhouse to one of the country’s fastest-growing culinary destinations.
