Easter and spring both symbolize new life and fresh starts, and Amada is channeling that energy with an earlier opening time and brunch features at both its Philadelphia and Radnor locations.

On Sunday, April 5, both restaurants will open at 11 a.m., serving the full tapas menu alongside Easter features, including:

  • Shakshuka – baked eggs in a rich tomato pipérade with olives, salsa verde and Mahón cheese toast
  • French Toast – caramelized sidra-glazed apples with a sherry caramel finish
  • Croquetas de Jamón – crispy Serrano ham croquettes with a creamy interior and classic Spanish flavor

The one-day offering invites guests to celebrate with an elevated brunch experience — while still enjoying Amada’s signature tapas menu.
