Eddie Merlot’s is unveiling its brand-new Signature Cut & Coast Menu, a limited-time culinary celebration spotlighting the finest cuts of steak alongside the ocean’s most indulgent seafood. Beginning March 10, guests can enjoy this elevated menu that brings together premium land and sea offerings, all prepared with Eddie Merlot’s signature finesse.
Highlights include:
- Wagyu Trio Around the World – A tasting of the most decadent Wagyu steaks from Japan, Australia and the United States
- Steak Diane – Expertly flambéed tableside and served with sautéed mushrooms and classic Diane sauce
- Lobster Thermidor – Cold water lobster tail stuffed with a decadent filling of cremini & shiitake mushrooms, onions, parmesan and gruyère cheese
- Pan-Seared Halibut – Served with Royal Osetra caviar beurre blanc
- Seafood Bouillabaisse – Halibut, shrimp, clams, PEI mussels in white wine and saffron-infused tomato broth, served with grilled bread
The menu also features show-stopping starters like Lobster Cargot Style — cold water lobster tail baked in garlic butter with cheese and puff pastry — and Caviar Service, featuring Royal Osetra Caviar and accoutrements like fingerling potatoes, gaufrette potatoes, capers, crème fraîche, chives, egg and red onion.
