The wait is over—reservations for gigi’s montauk, the highly anticipated new flagship restaurant at Gurney’s Montauk, are now open. Set to debut on June 16, gigi’s montauk will bring a fresh, coastal dining experience to the Hamptons, blending oceanfront elegance with bold, globally inspired flavors.

Designed as a vibrant social hub, gigi’s montauk will feature an inviting atmosphere where guests can gather over shareable plates, signature cocktails, and sweeping ocean views.

The menu will highlight sustainably sourced seafood, housemade pastas, and peak-season produce, all crafted with an emphasis on simplicity and flavor. Signature dishes include The Angry Lobster is a 1.5 lb lobster drenched in a smoky, spicy sauce with chili powder, cayenne, and Aleppo pepper, served with grilled Tuscan bread, fresh basil, and crispy tarragon. The Giant Shrimp Scampi features halved, baked shrimp in a creamy lemongrass-infused mayo with tarragon, parsley, and chives, while the Gigi Sushi Roll offers spicy Hamachi topped with tobiko and crispy shallots for added texture and flavor. Complementing the cuisine is a curated selection of coastal wines and inventive coastal cocktails.

gigi’s montauk is part of Gurney’s continued transformation, introducing new and reimagined culinary and social spaces throughout the resort. This season, the evolution also includes the debut of Dune Café & Lounge, a dynamic all-day destination that transitions from a coffee bar to a raw bar and cocktail lounge by night, as well as the Dolce & Gabbana Beach Club Takeover, offering a luxury beachside experience with designer cabanas, umbrellas, and an exclusive pop-up boutique.
