True Food Kitchen is inviting guests to celebrate the moms in their lives with a spring brunch experience across all locations this Mother’s Day weekend, Saturday, May 10 and Sunday, May 11. Featuring a lineup of seasonal cocktails, handcrafted non-alcoholic beverages, and the return of the Puffed Sourdough and Whipped Ricotta, the weekend is designed to feel as special as the occasion itself.
Guests can raise a glass with the Hugo Spritz, a light and floral blend of Marqués de Cáceres Cava, Fiorente elderflower, and fresh mint ($12), the classic Bellini with Cava and peach ($10), or the Spring Peach Tea featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka, elderflower, peach, basil, and lemon ($10). For those looking for something without the spirits, the Sparkling Peach White Tea ($6.75) and the Medicine Man, a refreshing blend of triple-brewed black tea, tart cherry, pomegranate, honey, and sea buckthorn ($8.50), are equally festive.
New to the menu this season, the Puffed Sourdough and Whipped Ricotta ($9) is a shareable starter made with house-made sourdough, extra virgin olive oil, Maldon salt, and a lemon thyme honey drizzle. Light, craveable, and made for the table, it is the kind of dish that sets the tone for a truly celebratory meal.
The menu reflects several of the most significant forces shaping dining in 2026. Botanical and floral flavors, led by ingredients like elderflower and fresh herbs, are among the most sought-after profiles of the season, while the non-alcoholic beverage category continues its rapid ascent, with operators and trade publications alike noting that zero proof options are no longer an afterthought but a genuine draw. The artisan sourdough movement, long a staple of True Food Kitchen’s culinary identity, has found renewed momentum industry-wide as guests gravitate toward scratch-made, ingredient-driven preparations. True Food Kitchen’s Mother’s Day weekend menu puts all three trends on the table at once.
“Mother’s Day is one of the most meaningful days we celebrate in our restaurants each year,” said Matthew Padilla, SVP of Culinary of True Food Kitchen. “We put real care into this seasonal menu because we want every mom who walks through our doors to feel exactly that. From the first sip to the last bite, we want it to be a meal she remembers.”
Reservations are highly recommended and tables are expected to fill quickly. Guests are encouraged to book now at https://www.truefoodkitchen.com/whats new/mothers-day-2026/.
