From the first day that Hai Hospitality’s award winning Uchi opened its doors in 2003 their mission was to bring the connection and intimacy of the sushi bar to every guest. With that in mind they have created, Uchi at Home, offering three different opportunities for guests to have the Uchi experience outside the restaurant for the holidays in the markets where they have either an an Uchi, Uchiko or an Uchibā (Austin, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Miami, Scottsdale and Los Angeles).

Chef Experience

The Chef Experience brings the James Beard award-winning culinary and beverage teams directly to your home for your own personal holiday dining adventure for between ten and thirty people. Staff will work with clients to craft a menu and pairings to celebrate the season, considering every detail from start to finish. You can submit a form via this link to inquire about this experience.
