Spiegelworld announces two new culinary appointments across its Las Vegas restaurant portfolio, with Kyle Stroud joining Superfrico as Executive Chef and Luis Estrada stepping into the role of Chef at Diner Ross Steakhouse.
A born-and-raised Las Vegan, Stroud brings a stacked resume from some of the most celebrated kitchens, including Mother Wolf, The Bedford, Tao Group, and Bouchon. Now leading the charge at Superfrico, he takes on the restaurant’s signature Italian-American-Psychedelic menu.
Over at Diner Ross Steakhouse, Estrada’s rise is a true Spiegelworld story, having been part of the restaurant’s culinary fabric since opening in 2024. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, his experience spans an all-star lineup, including Chris Santos at Beauty & Essex, Gordon Ramsay Burger, Wolfgang Puck at Lupo, José Andrés at Bazaar Meat, and the Michael Mina Group.
Estrada’s promotion signals more than just a title change, it’s a reflection of Spiegelworld’s commitment to growing talent from within. Together, these appointments mark the next act in Spiegelworld’s ever-evolving, anything-but-ordinary food and beverage program in Las Vegas.
