CORE, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing financial relief to food and beverage service employees and their families navigating life-altering hardships, announced the appointment of Chef Adam Moore to its Board of Directors.
Chef Moore brings more than two decades of culinary and food innovation expertise to the CORE board. As the Founder and President of Flashpoint Innovation, a Chicago-based food and beverage innovation network, he has partnered with Fortune 500 companies around the globe to develop successful menu items and consumer products. Earlier in his career, Chef Moore served as Corporate Chef Consultant for iconic brands including Ocean Spray, Conagra Brands, and Bunge. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University.
