Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria has appointed Jeff Douglas as Chief Technology Officer, effective March 9, 2026. A strategic technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading technology strategy, development, and operations, Douglas has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and maximizing the value technology delivers to a business.
Douglas joins Lou Malnati’s from Potbelly Sandwich Works, where he served as Chief Information Officer overseeing digital strategy, IT operations, and technology innovation, including a mobile and web ordering platform supporting 1.7 million users. Prior to Potbelly, he served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Levy Restaurants, the largest U.S. food and beverage service provider in sports, entertainment, and convention venues, where he was responsible for IT strategy, operations, risk management, enterprise architecture, and strategic planning across the U.S. He has also held technology leadership roles in the financial services industry, including Vice President of Technology at Options Clearing Corporation, bringing a unique depth of experience to the role.
