- A lineup of strawberry-forward sips, including a Strawberry Lemondrop Mimosa, Strawberry Margarita, and fresh Strawberry Lemonade
For those craving something savory, the menu also introduces elevated comfort staples like:
- Roasted Half Chicken: A bone-in half chicken brined for 18 hours and roasted until crispy & delicious
- Slow-cooked pulled pork: Tender & juicy slow-cooked pork butt, pulled and tossed in SmokinGhost’s award-winning BBQ sauce, served as a sandwich or a plate
- Rooted in Tupelo Honey’s commitment to scratch-made Southern cooking, SmokinGhost BBQ sauce is locally owned and produced in Central Illinois. It has earned the National Barbecue Association Award of Excellence, and the purchase of every bottle supports the local community where it’s made.
This limited-time menu is designed to bring guests together around familiar flavors that are perfect for spring brunches, casual gatherings, and early summer dining.
