Walk-On’s is expanding its seasonal marketing strategy this spring, aiming to drive traffic beyond traditional game-day occasions by targeting everyday celebrations such as Mother’s Day, graduations, and group gatherings.
As part of this effort, the brand is introducing a menu refresh highlighted by the return of Tuscan Chicken, a fan-favorite entrée. According to the company, internal data indicated the dish generated higher repeat visitation compared to similar menu items, prompting its reintroduction.
The updated menu also includes two new beverages designed for warmer months: the Lemon Basil Spritz and White Peach Fizz. Both drinks feature light, fruit-forward flavor profiles aligned with spring and summer occasions.
In addition to menu updates, Walk-On’s is launching a limited-time gift card promotion. Guests who purchase $50 in gift cards by May 24 will receive a $10 bonus card, redeemable from May 25 through August 2.
The initiatives are part of Walk-On’s broader strategy to increase visit frequency and capture a wider range of dining occasions throughout the spring and summer seasons.
