Via 313 is rolling out a new limited-time menu running from May 4 through Aug. 2. This seasonal lineup features bold, shareable bites and refreshing sips, perfect for everything from patio hangs to group gatherings.

Leading the menu is the all-new Elote Pizza ($16 SM, $20.50 GF), a craveable twist on street corn topped with roasted corn, bacon, cotija, Tajin and cilantro lime ranch. Also joining the lineup:

  • Meat & Cheese Boards ($19) loaded with a curated selection of cheeses, cured meats, fruit, jam and house-made bites, perfect for graduation parties, family gatherings and end-of-school celebrations
  • Banana Pudding ($6) layered with fresh bananas, vanilla whipped pudding, wafers, Oreos and caramel sauce

To sip, guests can enjoy two new cocktails, the Strawberry Coupe Deville (UT/TX $10 – CO $12) with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Aperol, strawberry, lemon and orange flower water, and the Yuzu Firestarter (UT/TX $10 -CO $12) featuring ghost spicy tequila, yuzu, agave, lime and a house yuzu Tajin rim.
