Saylor Beach House, the newly debuted Mediterranean-inspired dockside restaurant and bar at the iconic Claudio’s Marina, has announced an exclusive seasonal collaboration with Yacht Hampton, offering guests a seamless and luxurious way to travel and dine between Sag Harbor and Greenport by water.

Launching Memorial Day Weekend, the partnership introduces a curated “dock-to-dine” experience, where guests can arrive at Saylor Beach House in style aboard Yacht Hampton vessels. The service will run Thursday through Sunday, with departures from Sag Harbor at the Yacht Hampton Boating Club & Marina between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Boats will transport guests to Claudio’s Marina, with return service departing at 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM, upon request.

The experience features white-glove service aboard one of Yacht Hampton’s premium vessels, with upgrade options available for larger yachts for those seeking a more elevated or customized outing. Every vessel is operated by a USCG-licensed captain and stewardess, privately employed by Yacht Hampton. Each journey offers a scenic 40-minute ride through the Hamptons waterways, blending transportation with a memorable on-the-water experience.

Priced at $75 per person each way, the offering is ideal for day-trippers, large groups, corporate outings, and celebratory gatherings, including bachelorette parties. Advance reservations are required.

Saylor Beach House blends elevated coastal fare, sun-centric cocktails, and a laid-back European beach club atmosphere. Created by hospitality veteran and STK co-founder Celeste Fierro alongside Grammy-nominated artist Taylor Dayne, the concept brings together polished design, music-driven energy, and an effortless barefoot-on-the-dock spirit. Guests can enjoy Saylor Beach House’s Mediterranean-inspired menu, including the restaurant’s mezze board, fried calamari, charred citrus shrimp skewers, mediterranean pasta, catch of the day, and the signature 2lb whole baked lobster, all set against sunset views and North Fork waterfront charm.

Guests arriving by yacht from Sag Harbor also have the option to upgrade their trip with the Happy Saylor ($20), a playful, elevated tasting picnic that’s a chic, bite‑sized teaser of Saylor’s sun‑soaked menu. The adult offering pairs a bright mezze tasting with fresh tuna tartare, a mini cocktail, “Sunshine in a Bottle,”  that echoes the menu’s coastal flavors, and a single cigarette for a saucy, retro keepsake.  Packaged in an easy takeaway box, the tasting is made for lingering ashore or taking back on deck to enjoy the laid‑back coastal flavors during a little sunset therapy.

“Saylor Beach House was made for easy afternoons and lingering sunsets by the water,” said Celeste Fierro, owner of Saylor Beach House. “Partnering with Yacht Hampton means guests can step off the boat with no-fuss escape, just great food, relaxed company and a little sunset therapy.”

This collaboration complements the broader evolution of Claudio’s Marina for the 2026 season, which includes the return of Claudio’s Waterfront and Claudio’s Restaurant, alongside the debut of Saylor Beach House and the new boho-inspired boutique, Le Shack Beach.

Yacht Hampton is redefining yachting with its Fleet Share model, offering both one-time charters and memberships that provide access to a curated fleet of premium yachts and elevated on-the-water experiences without the need for ownership.
