P.F. Chang’s is rolling out a lineup of new menu items nationwide, officially launching Wednesday, featuring bold new flavors, immersive presentations, and the return of several guest-favorite dishes.
Highlights include the new Smoking Kung Pao Dragon Roll, finished with dramatic tableside smoke, alongside returning fan favorites like Pork Belly Bao Buns and Longlife Noodles & Prawns. The launch also introduces vibrant new cocktails and refreshers including the Sakura Spritz, Shanghai Nights, Lychee Lemonade with popping boba, and Dragon Fruit Crush.
The menu expansion also leans into growing demand for plant-forward dining with new eggplant dishes including Crispy Eggplant with Togarashi Aioli and a Spicy Eggplant Entrée.
