This Mother’s Day, Amada is putting a Spanish-influenced spin on brunch with a menu that pairs morning staples with more unexpected ingredients and flavor combinations.

On Sunday, May 10, the restaurant will open early at 11 a.m., serving their full menu alongside a curated selection of brunch dishes and cocktails that showcase layered flavors and unexpected combinations.

  • Mimosas featuring cava and fresh orange juice ($7)
  • Agua de Valencia blending vodka, gin, cava and citrus ($11)
  • “Law of Desire” combining bourbon, honey, iced coffee and cinnamon ($11)

Brunch Tapas: 

  • Shakshuka with baked eggs, tomato piperade and Mahón cheese toast ($14)
  • Crab Benedict with chorizo Bilbao, Swiss chard and paprika hollandaise ($19)
  • French Toast with sidra-glazed apples and sherry caramel ($16)
