Chili’s is adding a new texture, and a lot of pop, to its Margarita of the Month program.
The brand is introducing its first-ever Popping Boba Marg — made with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, Monin Watermelon, house-made sour, and Dragonfruit Popping Boba — adding an unexpected burst of flavor to its popular Margarita of the Month platform. Priced at $6, the limited-time offer arrives a day early on April 30 for National Boba Day and will be available throughout May.
As the restaurant brand that sells more margaritas than any other in the U.S., Chili’s is well-positioned to bring a trending add-on like popping boba to the bar. It reflects the brand’s continued focus on beverage innovation, introducing a trend-forward twist that resonates with younger guests seeking more interactive, texture-driven drink experiences.
The rollout also includes a $5 Popping Boba Lemonade, offering a non-alcoholic option that delivers the same fun, flavor-forward experience and supports the growing demand for spirit-free choices.
To further drive loyalty, Chili’s is expanding its Marg of the Month Club with collectible digital stickers. Starting with the Popping Boba Marg, guests who try each featured margarita receive a new sticker, track their collection, and for true marg enthusiasts, unlock streak stickers after enjoying three consecutive Margaritas of the Month.
